All physical products are shipped via United States Postal Service, 1st class, Priority and Priority Express. Please be mindful, that the level of shipping you chose does not influence our processing time. You can expect any physical product order to be shipped within 1-2 business day. The OYE shipping department is closed on Saturday and Sunday as well as standard US government holidays.

If you are unsatisfied with your item(s) please read the following:
Items must be returned within 15 days of ship date.
All return items must be in new condition. Products that show visible signs of use including scuffs, scratches, stains, or tears are not eligible for return.
Featured pricing / promotions:
If you are returning an item that was purchased at a featured product price or as part of a promotion, you will be refunded the value of the product after the applied discount.
Clearance items are not returnable unless they are defective. If you consider a product to be defective, please CLICK HERE to fill out and submit our contact form and we will take care of it.
How to return a product and receive a refund:

Once your product is received and inspected. Your refund will be processed.
If upon inspection, your product can no longer be deemed New, you will not be provided a refund and will be notified via email.
Should the product be returned without all aspects of the original product, such as the mantra band without the case, you will be notified via email and asked to return all aspects of the product before a refund will be issued.
You will be notified via email when we have processed your refund.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during return shipment. We recommend that all returned items be sent using a delivery confirmation to ensure proper delivery.
