Transformation Tuesday – Larry Moss
I’m About 3.5 pounds from my goal weight of 180.
Would love to hit that number by my 1 year anniversary, 9/11/17, but if I don’t …. I’m good with it.
I am working out the exact same amount now, as I was when my weight was stable at 207+.
I think the quality of the workouts have improved and I’m feeling better than I have in quite a long time.
It has been the only way of eating that has really made sense to me.
It is truly an adaptable, trackable & sustainable way of living.
I am within 5 or so on my numbers about 5 days a week and the rest of the time I’m in the ball park.
In times past, I would have fallen apart if I didn’t stay on track with what ever plan/system I was on.
Then in short order, I would just have gone completely off the rails, eating everything in sight, because I would have “failed”. Pretty much just a vicious cycle.
Now, if I’m off on my numbers for the day, it’s just one single day, out of the rest of my life. I get back on course and carry on.
